Mindfully You: Leading from the CORE

A workshop for the leader in everyone. This workshop will complement any leadership development program as well as provide value for those not in official leadership roles. Everyone is a leader, if only of themselves. All leadership starts with self-leadership. Do you know what is at your CORE—your center of power that governs your actions? If you don’t know, then your CORE is running you. As a leader, you need to be managing yourself as well as those you lead. Knowing your CORE will help you get yourself out of the way of leading others. It will help you identify talents and core drivers and nurture those talents to to fully engage them.

This workshop for leaders and individuals interested in growth and self-leadership. It forms the foundation of the Integral Type Certification and includes the Interaction Essentials™ Workshop as well. It is currently scheduled for July 23-25 in Anaheim, CA near Disneyland.

Interaction Essentials™ Workshop

I am conducting a new workshop based on my new book, Interaction Essentials: 3 Keys to Effective Relationships in the Workplace and Beyond and is for leaders, team members, and individuals.  It will help you Improve your communications and relationships at work and in your personal life. The Interaction Essentials workshop gives you a proven 3-step process using the Berens Interaction Styles model, an easy to understand framework of individual differences that you can apply immediately to every aspect of your life.

The Golden Shadow Workshop

I have decided to add personal development workshops to my public offerings. The Golden Shadow Workshop experience reveals essential aspects of your hidden and unclaimed goodness as expressed through your talents, deep motivations, drives, and how you naturally think about things. It gives you a way to proclaim yourself to the world so you can reach your goals and realize your intentions while staying in harmony with the constant core of who you are.

Using three powerful lenses of personality you will arrive at a deep understanding of yourself as well as of others. Each of these lenses reveals important information about yourself that you most likely have not had language to express. For some, these aspects have been denied and need to be reclaimed. Either way, it is a joyful, rejuvenating experience to find your golden shadow self.

European Association for Psychological Type Conference—Paris May 31-June 2

I will be presenting at this conference with colleague, Christopher Montoya. If you want a reason to go to Paris, this is a great one! It is sure to be an enlightening event as well as a fun one.

Integral Leadership in Action Conference—Santa Cruz, CA May 17-21

I will be attending this conference and hope to see you there. Leaders in the field of Integral Theory as well as Integral Leadership will present and there is a promise of lots of opportunities to interact.
